Moises Santillan is a results-driven leader in the groundwater & water resources industry. The youngest of seven children, he is the son of Mexican and Salvadoran parents who immigrated to the USA in search of a better life. Mr. Santillan is the product of his parents’ “American Dream” story and he continues their legacy through hard work, perseverance, and a community-first approach.
He has a decade of project management experience spanning work in both the public and private sectors. His career experience includes soil and groundwater remediation work in the environmental sector and groundwater management work encompassing water well design, construction, and rehabilitation, groundwater monitoring, asset management, data analysis, data management, and technical outreach and communication.
From growing up in the disadvantaged neighborhood of South Central, Los Angeles, to working at the largest groundwater agency by population in California, to now serving his clients as best he can, Mr. Santillan is humbled by the opportunity to make the world a better place through his business and expertise.
